Dear NLCS Student Athletes & Families,
We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for all New Life Christian School
athletes in grades 6 through 12! In partnership with PFP (Player Fitness Performance),
NLCS staff have secured access to a proven program designed to develop both mind
and body—elevating each athlete’s functional athletic fitness and overall performance.
Program Highlights:
● Who: ALL NLCS student - athletes for ALL sports, grades 6–12
● When: Saturdays at 11:00 AM, starting in September and running through June
● Where: PFP Facility by Frederick Airport (just 10 minutes from NLCS campus)
● What: Professional training in functional strength, mobility, and sports
mindset—led by expert trainers in a Christ-centered environment
● Cost: Only $20/month per student 
● Sessions led by nationally recognized PFP trainers
● Open to as many Saturdays as your schedule allows—complete flexibility!
● Focus on physical skill mindset coaching to boost athletic performance,
positivity, and mental health
● Christian-based training, fostering both spirit and skill

How to Sign Up:
To make this partnership possible, we need at least 10–20 student athletes to commit!
Please use the Google Form link provided in this email to express your interest by this
Tuesday August 12th. The monthly $20 fee will be conveniently charged to your FACTS
account. You can choose which Saturdays to attend based on your family’s schedule.
We believe this initiative is truly one-of-a-kind in Maryland, offering an unparalleled blend
of elite professional training and Christian values. Most schools simply do not have
access to this type of program, and we’re excited to lead the way in holistic student
athlete development.
